On May 7, at 7 p.m. in the Clark Center, AGHS Dance Co. performed numerous dance numbers. The numbers varied from solo performances to large group numbers. The overall performance was approximately an hour and a half, and the dancers performed 31 numbers. AGHS Dance Co. performers started practicing their numbers in August, 2024. There were also guest performers from both San Luis Obispo High School’s Dance Team and Static Charge Dance Company. The entire evening was directed by Shelby Vidal-Solis.
Abegail Trigo ('25) performed in eight dances throughout the evening and wanted to use her Senior Tribute dance to honor Jesus and her parents.

Ava Pacaoan ('25) and Emma Jennings ('25) worked together to choreograph and perform the duet, "Getting older." The dance drew emotion out of the crowd, as it was a bittersweet piece about both girls growing up and
aging-out of dancing together. Projected behind them was a slideshow of photos together, covering their 15 years of friendship.

AGHS Dance Co. performed "Nicest Kids in Town," a dance inspired by the musical-comedy "Hairspray," as a whole.
