Maria Mancilla is a senior at Arroyo Grande High School who enjoys being involved in school activities. As of her junior year, she joined FFA and the FFA leadership (Future Farmers of America), and raised a market animal project which elevated her knowledge on the big industry of Agriculture. She plans on getting others to broaden their knowledge on Agriculture and reasons on why it is important, but also some other topics that deserve more attention.  Her goal for the Eagle Times is to get people’s stories out there and to give them a voice they deserve.
